Advisory Board

Kent State's Corporate and Community Services advisory board was recently established to serve as a vital link to the employers in the unit it serves. Advisory board members provide valuable input which includes:

• Offering advice about the needs for skill enhancement of Northeast Ohio employees
• Identifying new program, market areas and products to consider
• Identifying organizations with which to collaborate
• Referring Corporate and Community Services staff to leaders interested in Kent State's programs and services and making introductions to community and organizational leaders
• Making recommendations on program content, marketing approaches, facilitators and pricing

The Advisory Board Members are:

Robert Williams - Vice President/General Manager, North American Operations at Smithers-Oasis
Bob Falkowski - Training and Development Manager, Automotive Finishes Division at The Sherwin-Williams Company
Laura Dornhecker - Manager, Organization Development at Robinson Memorial Hospital
Mollie Katz - HR Manager, Learning and Development at Lubrizol
