Content Maintenance, Photo Updates and Success Stories
We support the Kent State University Web site, located at www.kent.edu, by updating content and providing new photos for the main tiers of the site on a regular basis. If you have a success story that you'd like featured on the university's home page or one of the main Web site sections (Academics, Administration, Current Students, Future Students, Faculty and Staff, Parents and Visitors or Outreach and Partnerships) let us know! UCM's writer's can help develop the story and photographers can capture professional images to go with it.
Home Page News (Updates and Events)
Additionally, we post content to Kent State University's home page news and events on a weekly basis. Here are some basic guidelines for home page news postings:
- News items must be targeted to university community AND the general public
- News items typically remain active for a one-week period except during peak times
- News items typically showcase upcoming events, not events that have already occurred

Links and Other Content
University Communications and Marketing also works with the university community to keep links and other copy within the Web site current. If you know of a link on www.kent.edu that needs updated, removed or added, please send an e-mail to webteam@kent.edu.
