Shantae Rollins, of Youngstown, Ohio, is a senior public relations major.  Rollins has been with Flash Communications since January 2009 and completed an internship with InfoCision Management Corporation in Akron, Ohio, over the summer.  Rollins also works in the College of Communication and Information as a marketing assistant.  She currently serves as the VP of Professional Relations for Kent State’s PRSSA Chapter and participated in the 2009 PRSSA Bateman Competition, in which her team received an honorable mention.    Rollins hopes togain more hands-on experience and continue to develop her writing skills.  After graduating in May 2010, she plans to pursue a career in public relations in an agency or non-profit setting.
