Susan Menassa, Senior Editorial / Communication Specialist, University Communications and Marketing
Susan Menassa has been with Kent State since 1996. Previously she has worked in media relations for the Bureau of Worker's Compensation in Columbus, as a reporter for the Leesburg/Commercial and the Tampa Tribune in Florida, and as a freelance writer in Greece. She has a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of South Florida and a master's in journalism from The Ohio State University.

With more than 21 years of experience in communications, Ramona Stamm, B.S.E., M.A., has been with University Communications and Marketing since 1991. She previously worked for an international marketing company. In addition, she has taught literature, composition and business communications at Kent State, The University of Akron and The Pennsylvania State University.
