Kent State students, faculty and staff can now call the Telephone Information System from any campus by dialing 2-2378 from any campus telephone. The system was previously a toll call, and could not be reached via five-digit dialing even from the Kent Campus.

The telephone information line is an automatic system used to register for and/or withdrawal from courses, make tuition payments, check grades and financial aid information, change individual PIN numbers and obtain general information about important deadlines, payment plan options and refund information.

Off-campus users will still need to dial the systems full telephone number: 330-672-2378; however, all users from any of Kent State's campuses are encouraged to dial the five-digit number for free at 2-2378.
