Student Benefits

What is in it for you?

Students often earn a higher course grade if they attend SI sessions regularly, and SI results from previous semesters show the difference between students who attend SI and those who do not.  By attending SI sessions, students develop a better understanding of the course content and develop more effective ways of studying. The skills and techniques learned in SI will help students in future semesters and other courses as well.

Here's what one student had to say in an email to her SI leader this semester:

"I just took the first General Psychology test. I cannot tell you how much your study guides helped me!! I had to e-mail you right away to tell you because they were extremely useful. Thank you so much!"
