We respectfully ask that any request for information, not available on the RPIE web site be made in writing. When submitting a request for data, analysis or report, please provide complete information to help ensure that the request is fulfilled as effectively as possible. At minimum, this should include:

1. Name of person making request
2. Name of department, office, or organization
3. Telephone number and e-mail address
4. Requested date of completion
5. Detailed description of the request
6. Description of how information will be used
