Our College is proud to have graduates who have gone on to become nursing leaders throughout Ohio and the world. Kent State Nurses have been elevating the standards for nursing and health care for nearly 50 years. Yet, even with their busy careers and families, our nurses still manage to make it back to campus at every opportunity.
Being a Kent State Nurse means being a member of a lifelong community. In hospitals, at conferences and in communities across the world, discovering a fellow Kent State Nurse brings an instant connection and understanding. Nursing Alumni Council
The Nursing Alumni Council is comprised of all graduates of the Kent State University College of Nursing. At present, more than 5,000 nurses are Kent Alumni.In order to have voting privileges, the person must be a dues-paying member of the Kent State University Alumni Association.
Alumni Council Mission
The Mission of the KSU Nursing Alumni Council is to:
- Promote the interests of graduates of the College of Nursing through professional, educational, and social activities
- Provide a mechanism for alumni involvement and communication
- Support and promote the College of Nursing and the Kent State Alumni Association
