Lodging Information (as of 5/06/2008)

We have arranged a few lodging options for hotel participants.  To secure the price/room please inform us as soon as possible which of the three options below you would prefer (some of the hotels have a limited room availability).  PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL RESERVE A ROOM FOR YOU, YOU DO NOT NEED TO TELL US NOW EXACT ARRIVAL DATES (also it would help):

1)      University Inn  in Kent.

One mile from the department (i.e. walking distance and walking is possible and nice). More or less in the "downtown" of Kent. Close to restaurants.

NO BREAKFAST! (but we will have a breakfast in the department!)

2)    Super 8 Motel Kent/Akron.

About 3 miles from the department (in the Direction to Akron). WE WILL HAVE PEOPLE DRIVING FROM AND TO THE HOTEL! IF YOU HAVE A CAR THEN THERE WILL BE A PARKING ORGANIZED  DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE DEPARTMENT.

They do have Continental breakfast! (so you can have TWO one in the hotel and one in the department )

3)        Microtel in Streetsboro.

About 7 miles (i.e. must drive). WE WILL HAVE PEOPLE DRIVING FROM AND
TO THE HOTEL! IF YOU HAVE A CAR THEN THERE WILL BE A PARKING ORGANIZED
DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE DEPARTMENT.

The 7 miles are exactly in the direction to Cleveland.

They do have Continental breakfast!
