THESIS

  • NOTIFICATION OF APPROVED THESIS TOPIC - IMPORTANT!!! Turn in an "Approval of Thesis Topic" at least a semester before your Graduation Application. Check deadlines.
  • Defense Announcement - Please post the announcement of your defense at least one week before your defense date. I will also need a copy in my office so that I can fax it to the A&S Graduate Secrettary for her records as well.
  • Report of Final Exam - You need to fill out a "Report of Final Exam" before you Defend your Thesis or Dissertation. Take it with you to the defense so that it can be signed by your committee. You also need this to apply for Master's graduation if you are taking qualifiers - simply mark that you are taking the qualifiers in place of the thesis.
  • Thesis Preparation Approval Form - Turn in with your Thesis copy. Check deadlines.
