Used when Mail Services is unable to deliver mail on a timely basis due to inadequate addressing. Delivery Notice is placed on the letter/parcel once the mail sorter identifies the incorrect address. The letter/parcel is then forwarded to the correct recipient. Please advise the sender with your complete address including your department name.
