Delivery confirmation allows the sender to track mail pieces within the United Staes only. The U.S. Postal Service will round date/stamp the Delivery Confirmation Receipt upon accepting the mail piece.

The receipt portion will be returned to the sender the following day. The bar coded area will remain intact with the mail piece. The Receipt portion of the form should be completed by the sender.
