Volunteer opportunities are available at local social service agencies through which students do everything from feeding those less fortunate, to assisting children and adults in learning to read, to providing services that have positive effects on the environment, to acting as conversation partners for international students. Kent State students also have an opportunity to join current service organizations on campus or create a new organization to provide needed service to others.
