Kent State University offers the MBA program at Lorain Community College through an interactive video conferencing format. Classes originate at Kent campus but students located in western Cuyahoga and Lorain counties may physically attend LCCC and watch the lectures, actively participate in the courses, and take the exams at this location.

KSU also offers the same MBA program at the Kent State Stark Campus in North Canton. Videoconference classes still originate at the Kent campus, but students located in Stark county and surrounding areas may physically attend Kent State Stark and watch the lectures, actively participate in the courses, and take the exams at this location.

The Professional MBA program is designed for the individual who would like to maintain full-time employment during the day and still attend classes at night. Students in this program take one to two courses per semester which gives the students between three to four years to complete the degree. The program is accredited by AACSB International - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Throughout the nation, less than one-third of business programs have earned this exclusive accreditation.

Admission/Prerequisite Requirements:
Admission to the MBA program requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum undergraduate grade point average of 2.75, plus a better than average score on the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT). In addition, two letters of recommendation, a resume and a statement of goals and objectives are required.

Percent of program offered at a distance:  100% through room-based videoconferencing

Face-to-face learning requirements:  Classes are offered through videoconferencing. Students must go to one of the campuses where the classes are offered, but they do not need to travel to the Kent Campus
