Robyn Parker teaches in the areas of organizational communication, communication training and development, and qualitative research methods. She teaches in both the traditional classroom and on-line. Her research focuses on examining and assessing organizational identification, exploring task and relational effects of alternate work arrangements, and collaborative technologies. She has a background in human resources development and began her career with the United States Army.
