• wet mop floors 
• restock paper products
• restock hand soap
• restock hair/body shampoo in showers 

tasks in offices:

• vacuum carpets
• sweep floors
• wet mop floors
• trash removal
• dust furniture

tasks for halls:

• sweep or dust mop floors
• wet mop floors 
• vacuum carpets
• sanitize water fountains
• Convertamatic hall machine floor cleaning
• trash removal
• empty recycling bins

tasks for stairwells:

• remove debris
• sweep steps and landings
• wipe down handrails
• wet mop steps and landings

tasks for elevators:

• clean inside walls
• sweep tile floor
• vacuum carpet
• sweep debris from door tracks
• clean exterior doors

Note: General duties listed above are not always performed daily in all areas because of the size of certain buildings and personnel available. Restrooms, however, are routinely cleaned every night.
