Core Courses

Core courses in the School of Biomedical Sciences may vary slightly with the various programs. So, check with those listed with each program.  Also, waivers and substitutions may be approved by the director, depending on the student's background. The general core is as follows:

Eukaryotic Cell Biology:  4 credits

General Biochemistry:  3 - 6 credits

Quantitative Methods and Statistics: 3- 7 credits

Seminar in Biomedical Sciences:  1 credit

Professional Development/College Teaching:  1 credit
